I really liked the way the course was written. It is very hands on and real. I could relate very well to the illustrations and scenarios you presented because I'd been there too !! For me that gave the course real credibility.

It was interesting and reassuring to see that I was, in most respects, doing what you prescribed. Making the same mistakes, learning from them and then going out and making deals. Knowing that what I was reading had been written by somebody who had real experience it then wasn't hard to accept the new ideas and suggestions which you made. There were a number of new spins that I hadn't used or even thought about but there is no doubt that I will be putting these new found skills into practice now each time I step out to buy new properties.

I have found your course incredibly useful with kickstarting my property developing career. It is something I wanted to initiate a long time ago but it's very daunting starting off unless you have someone 'in the know' on your side. I found it quite hard taking all of it in after reading it through but the detailed index means I could source the relevant information straight away. Having actually been on one of those seminar courses which charge an extortionate fee and aren't much use at all, I can honestly say your course is a million time more useful but costs a fraction of the price. One of the hardest obstacles I have come across is actually finding the bargain properties, but I think the more effort you put in and people you let know you are looking then the easier it gets.

I have bought one property so far and I am waiting for the keys so that I can renovate it and hopefully make a big profit. I will let you know how I get on.

I have re-read your course and must say I have found it the real 'kickstart' I needed to stop talking about doing, and actually just DOING!

When I got the course I read it in 2 days non stop. The one theme that keeps on recurring is that property is not about bricks and mortar but about PEOPLE. I am a dentist and deal with 30-40 people a day that come from all sorts of backgrounds and I can totally understand about being on the same level as the seller.
